Leadership Tech Valley
 Leadership Tech Valley strives to enhance leadership resources and shape a progressive future for the Capital Region and Tech Valley. The initiative seeks to prepare, involve and sustain competent leaders from diverse backgrounds who are committed to addressing community challenges in the region.
The program enhances the knowledge and participation of its members within the community, develops the leadership skills of local business executives and improves connections between the business and education communities.
In addition, participants develop expertise in leadership, group dynamics, team building and decision making. Individuals also learn personal leadership qualities and how to utilize these attributes to expand their roles in the community.
